What comes with a map

One download, three layers you can actually ride on.

Roads and tracks

Not only the tarmac. Forest roads, gravel, farm tracks and trails come from OpenStreetMap — the same data the off-road community keeps up to date, not a road atlas that stops where the asphalt does.

Hillshade relief

Add the terrain pack and the map shows you the shape of the mountain, so you can see what a climb looks like before you commit to it.

Offline POIs

Fuel, water, food, shelters, pharmacies, viewpoints and villages — searchable with no signal at all. Rolling out country by country; Greece and Romania are live.

The 44 countries

Every one of them is a single download inside the app. No account, no unlock code.

Questions

How big is a country map?

It depends on the country — a small one is tens of megabytes, a big one can pass a gigabyte. The app shows you the exact size before it downloads anything, and a download that gets interrupted picks up where it stopped.

Can I download only part of a country?

Yes, for the 18 countries that are split into regions. Pick the region you are riding and leave the rest — useful when all you need is Tirol, Lapland or Andalusia.

Do the maps expire?

No. A downloaded map stays on your phone until you delete it. When a newer version is published you download it again — updating a map without a full re-download is on the roadmap.

Where does the map data come from?

OpenStreetMap. Routing runs on your phone with BRouter, so calculating a route needs no internet either.

Pick your country. Ride it offline.

OffRaid is a free download on Google Play, and the maps cost nothing either.
