Each part works on its own. Together they share one list of riders, so nothing is typed twice.

Live tracking & safety

On the day, you see every rider on one map and you know first when something goes wrong.

  • Live position, speed and status of every rider, plus off-course and wrong-way alerts
  • SOS and automatic fall detection, with the exact spot on the map
  • An incident queue: health first, then technical, in the order they came in
  • Tickets for your crew: they accept, drive there with navigation and close the case

Prices depend on the number of riders and the days of the event, so every quote is written for your event. In the Full package we run the management side; ground support, vehicles and the medical team remain your crew, and the dashboard shows them where to go.

At the briefing, scan the event QR code with OffRaid and type your number. The day's route appears on your map by itself.

Offline maps and voice guidance. If you go the wrong way, the phone tells you. If you go down, it calls for help.

FAQ

Good to know

Do we have to take everything?

No. Light gives you one service, Medium two, and you choose which. Full has all three, and our team runs them with you.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the package, the number of riders and the length of the event. Send us the dates and the expected entries at sales@offraid.com and you get a written quote.

Do you provide support vehicles or a medical team?

No. In the Full package our people run the management side: registrations, the live dashboard, the books. Your crew, vehicles and medical team stay yours, and the dashboard tells them where to go.

How do riders join the live tracking?

They scan the event QR code with OffRaid, type their race number and they are on the map. No account and no extra device.

What happens where there is no signal?

Maps and voice guidance keep working offline. The dashboard shows the last known position and time, and positions catch up automatically when the phone finds signal again.

What happens to the riders' health data?

Blood type, emergency contact and licence details are visible only to the organiser and are deleted automatically a set number of days after the event.
